MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – The State of Wisconsin is set to welcome its second IKEA location, and it’s not going to be too long from now.

According to a release from IKEA U.S., it’s set to open later in the fall in Madison at 215 Junction Road, the site of a former Bed Bath and Beyond store, with the hopes of adding convenience for furniture options.
“Opening a new location in Madison is part of our continued commitment to reaching customers where they are, making well-designed, affordable home furnishing solutions more accessible and convenient than ever before,” Interim CEO Rob Olson said via the release.
IKEA Madison is set to be roughly 54,000 square feet with over 5,000 products on display and a large selection of lighting and furniture pieces.

Larger items will be available to order online or in-store with free pickup options or paid home delivery services. A planning area in the store allows customers to meet with planners to discuss personalized spacing and consult with designers.
