(WFRV) – As the 2025 NFL Draft rapidly approaches its arrival in Green Bay, Local 5 was invited to tour some of the Packers draft houses that are right in the view of Lambeau.
The houses normally get rented out during the NFL season, and Simple Life Hospitality CEO Michael Friedman expects them to get plenty of usage this time around for the draft.

“These are homes owned by other individuals, most likely by people who don’t live in the area or do and don’t use them, we call them secondary or absentee homeowners,” Friedman said. “When they’re not using them, they are rented out for income purposes.”
There are six houses in the area for the Packers’ regular season, but Friedman said they’ve added 15 additional homes in the area. From the Northwoods to Door County to Green Bay, they have almost 100 homes.
