(WFRV) – On the last official day of winter, northeast Wisconsin was slammed with a storm that began with rain and turned into snow in the evening with winds that neared 50 mph.
The National Weather Service released its preliminary summary for the March 19 storm and provided snowfall, rainfall, and wind gust reports for various northeast Wisconsin locations.
