FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WFRV) – The Fond du Lac Police Department gave credit to its officers for working well together to find a suspect who fled the scene of a traffic stop.
According to the Fond du Lac Police Department, the incident occurred on February 7 when a suspected driver under the influence ran from a traffic stop, and officers, including a drone pilot worked together to track the suspect.

The video shows body camera footage of officers searching for the suspect along with the officer using the drone to search the area, in addition to the activation of the drone.
In addition, the following video included the drone footage, which shows a bird’s eye view of the area being searched as well as the body camera footage of officers utilizing the drone’s imaging to locate the suspect.
The department said that its officers’ teamwork showcases how the technology and collaborative efforts change the way its team protects and serves the community. The full video can be seen here.
