One dead, one arrested after shots ring out in Wisconsin

GLENDALE, Wis. (WFRV) – One man is dead and another is in custody after shots were fired Sunday night in southern Wisconsin, authorities say.

According to a release from the Glendale Police Department, officers responded at 7:51 p.m. to the 5500 block of North Iroquois Avenue for reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival on the scene, police say a 31-year-old Glendale man was found dead. A 34-year-old Glendale man was arrested in connection with this incident.

Officials state that they believe this to be a targeted incident and that there is no further danger to the public.

No other information is available at this time and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
