Wisconsin man charged with human trafficking, 20 other felonies & misdemeanors

BELOIT, Wis. (WFRV) – A 60-year-old Wisconsin man was charged with 21 felony and misdemeanor counts on Tuesday in court, including one charge of human trafficking and numerous counts of second-degree reckless endangerment.

According to the Beloit Police Department, the charges stem from an investigation that began on January 26 after a report of a violent incident in the city.

Evidence and further investigation led to the 21 violent charges being filed against Charles Bell of Beloit.

Bell was arrested on the same date and held on a probation violation during the investigation and his bail was set at $100,000 in Rock County Circuit Court.
