PORTAGE, Wis. (WFRV) – A 38-year-old southcentral Wisconsin man was arrested for Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Child after he returned to a juvenile’s workplace after allegedly enticing them earlier, knowing they were underage.
According to the Portage Police Department, officers were advised of a situation involving an adult who was allegedly enticing a juvenile at a local business for “the purposes of sexual exploitation.”

On Thursday, February 20, officers began to investigate the incident and determined that 38-year-old Yorman W. Romero Cisneros of Baraboo allegedly approached a juvenile while they were at work and had reportedly gotten their phone number.
Officers say that even after the juvenile made it very clear of their age, Romero Cisneros enticed the juvenile to engage in ‘sexually explicit conduct.’
While officers were at the juvenile’s workplace gathering more information, Romero Cisneros returned. He was subsequently taken into custody.

Romero Cisneros was arrested for Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Child and is currently being held at the Columbia County Jail awaiting an initial court appearance.
