WAUPUN, Wis. (WFRV) – Three Oshkosh residents were arrested in central Wisconsin on multiple drug charges following a traffic stop on March 20, after deputies found a ‘significant amount’ of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle was pulled over in Waupun after a deputy noticed alleged signs of impairment.
During the traffic stop, and after the deputy reportedly noticed further suspicious behavior, assistance was requested from the Waupun Police Department and a K9 Unit.

Shortly after, K9 Cade gave a positive alert on the vehicle for an odor of illicit drugs. A search of the vehicle yielded a ‘significant amount’ of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia, authorities say.
As a result of the incident, three Oshkosh residents were arrested on the following charges:
- Jeromy Mulvey, 49
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl (>10-50 grams)
- Party to a Crime (PTAC)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine (>50 grams)
- PTAC
- 2 counts of Felony Bail Jumping
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl (>10-50 grams)
- Shawn Lux, 48
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl (>10-50 grams)

- Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine (>50 grams)
