Wisconsin deputies investigating complaints of man allegedly watching kids, asking if they ‘need a ride’

UNION GROVE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities are investigating two separate incidents where a man was allegedly seen watching kids in a southeastern Wisconsin village and asking them if they ‘needed a ride.’

Deputies with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office say they recently received two complaints of suspicious incidents in the Village of Union Grove on April 12 and April 16 at 8 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

Witnesses reported that a middle-aged man in a white or light silver car was allegedly seen “watching children and/or asking them if they needed a ride.”

It was noted in the release that investigators do not know if the incidents are related.
